Abstract:
An important aspect of child`s developing personality is socialization. Early social skills are
important in psychological development in childhood as they begin to form positive relationships with
adults and other children from an early age. In social interactions are forming such qualities as: respect,
compassion and empathy, also at the same time in social context children trains language skills and
solving problem competence. Unfortunately there are children with difficulties in socialization process;
social interactions are real challenge for them. These children are children with special needs; they are
often shy, isolated and affected by a delay in cognitive development, language disorder, behavioural
disorders and emotional disturbances. In this cases integration into a group with children with similar
development can be useful for their cognitive development. Socialization should be done for every child,
for every person with disabilities in family and in preschool institution, in school, in social groups, in local community. This is the principle that today`s inclusive education should focus on and which needs
to be developed through daily activities with children.
