Unfortunately, in most cases with tragic consequences, the focus is only on the perpetrator,
the victim being simply not taken into account. The purpose of the analysis is to highlight the
cause-effect principle between the psychological profile of Irina Cornici (the deceased sister at
Tanatus Monastery) and its transformation into a victim.
We have left the idea that certain psychic vulnerabilities may increase the likelihood that
a person will become a victim at some point. The analysis was carried out in accordance with the
Psychological Profiler methodology for identifying and extracting information of psychological
significance from various sources, concluding with establishing the multiaxial diagnosis,
achieving the perceived psychological profile (in the absence of tests or real contact with the
subject) and establishing vulnerabilities have transformed into a victim.
The analysis concludes that Irina Cornici was the victim of her family, the social assistance
system, the medical system and her own faith. The guilt of her sins and the idea that her life was a
sin and a mistake, overlapping the vulnerabilities created by life until then, causes a
destabilization of his psyche and the occurrence of psychiatric disorders. To add to the doctors'
unprofessionalism as well as the religious factor (both the belief of the priest and the nuns that he
is demonized, and his own belief that if he refuses to feed himself and observe the psychiatric
treatment, God will forgive it more easily).
From a psychological point of view, Irina Cornici had a number of vulnerabilities that made her
a predisposition to become a victim. Unfortunately, the consequences of these sensitive points were
dramatic - his death. |
