Personalități notorii din domeniul geografiei în vederea studierii patrimoniului natural și antropic din cadrul Basarabiei

Abstract

The paper highlights the most important personalities in the field of geography who were concerned with studying the natural and anthropic heritage of Bessarabia. The authors highlight notorious personalities from the Russian geographical school of the 19th century as well as tops of Romanian geography from the interwar period concerned with the study of natural and anthropic resources within Bessarabia. A special place belongs to the post-war period of studying the geographical heritage by elucidating the most important geographical scholars of academic and university profile.
