Omagiu pentru doi mari geografi din Republica Moldova – Mihai Coșcodan și Sezont Ciubară – cu prilejul aniversării de 80 de ani de la naștere

Abstract

The Bessarabia's land is the homeland of illustrious geographic teachers and scholars (Gheorghe Năstase, Teodor Porucic, Lev Berg, Vera Verina-Nemțeanu etc.), whose pantheon is completed by the remarkable geographers and patriots Mihai Coșcodan and Sezont Ciubară, who at October 17, 2020 and April 11, 2021, respectively, would have to celebrated 80 years old. The article evokes the cultural memory and the contribution of these two personalities to the cultural heritage of our nation.
