Abstract:
The menus that were presented and the meals, which were organized at the Royal Palace of
Romania, had behind them a discipline of preparation and a hygienic-sanitary monitoring extremely
judicious performed both in the purchase and storage of food, and in their processing until when they
became part of the breakfast, lunch or dinner served at the Royal House to Romanian sovereigns and their
guests - ambassadors, statesmen, military officials, representatives of the high clergy of our country or
various presidents of societies, associations and cultural gatherings from Romania. Practically from the lists
of expenses made, which were registered in different registers, we can get a general idea about the
purchases that were made for the consumption of the Royal House.
