Abstract:
The social welfare of the population is one of the main indicators of political, economic and social vitality that truly reflects the social productivity of a country. The well-being aspect of the elderly is often underestimated in our society. Now, since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the perception of the 60+ generation has radically changed. The aim of the study is to identify the degree of satisfaction of the elderly with the way of life during the COVID-19 pandemic. In order to answer this topic, two methods were carried out: the sociological survey based on a questionnaire and the in-depths interviews with the elderly, the results of which are set out in the article.
