Abstract:
One of the most screaming and met problem of nowadays belongs to neglected and disfavored children. We meet frequently the development needs negligence of children, violent behavior manifestation from the parents who do not have developed parental skills or do not have the desirable parenting model. We consider that the development and the consolidation of parental skills in the psycho-social and educational care field of the children with higher risks will heighten up the life quality growth of these children. This can be obtained with the support of “International Child Development Program” – a simple and easily adaptable program from the cultural point of view for parents and children caregivers.
