Dance and movement therapy uses non-verbal language as a tool to express emotions, communicate and facilitate group integration among children that have common activities and interests. During therapy sessions, especially when they are carried out in groups, children have the opportunity to learn to share and interact with other children, to be obedient and maintain order, to enhance their attention, concentration, memory and imagination. |
