dc.description.abstract Investing in education is the most profitable way of economic development and independence, the most effective mechanism for forming society, to overcome insecurities and respond to the challenges of the 21st century, in the development of a prosperous, sustainable society. The quality of education depends on state policies, on the role that the state assigns to the position of the teacher in society. The devaluation of the status of teachers in society conditions the fluctuation of teachers in the education system, being a pressing problem facing the current education system in the Republic of Moldova. en_US
