The development of the teachers' psychological skills, as well as emotional, cognitive and communicative competences, benefit them within solving problems, making decisions or performing actions that require: deep knowledge, methodological and special psycho-pedagogical training, pedagogical style, pedagogical techniques and teaching abilities.
The comparative study demonstrated the need to develop teachers' psychological skills, especially the development of emotional intelligence and assertive communication. |
