Abstract

The Republic of Moldova is at a crucial moment today. A visible, strong and comprehensive investment in the youth of this country will project the growth, stability and well-being of society as a whole. Both the economic crisis and especially the lack of government action in this direction have aggravated the position of young people in the labor market, with unemployment rising to an unprecedented level. As youth employment is an indicator for future development, the high level of unemployment in this segment requires immediate action. Entrepreneurship of young graduates can lead to a significant reduction in youth unemployment and can produce innovative business ideas.
