Abstract:
Stress is a omnipresent phenomenon in our lives, of all of us, from an early age. Stress make us vurnerable to the demands of life, unbalances our effective adaptation to certain life situations. Although, the literature mentions the beneficial effects of stress in a person s life, through more effective mobilization, higher activism, however, to high level of stress felt and manifested for long period of time, can compromise effective adaptation and the psycho- emotional and physical well- being of the individual.
Adolescents are a very emotionally vulnerable category. Their developing psychic defense structures, make them sensitive to the demands of life. They need security and stability, in their living enviriment, in the family, in society, in general. For teenagers, school is the place where they spends most of their time, during the day. Here, they are formed, for the future, by outlining some ideals of life, goals, taking over some models to follow, interpersonal relationships, self-knowledge, interknowledge, etc.It is important for adolescentto come to school with a positive mental charge, so that their developement occurs fluidly and favoraby way.
