Each student is unique. They have an individual way to rise, to develop and to gain skills and competencies. They go through similar development stages but at different paces. Adolescence is important. We should pay attention to all fields because teaching and development of a child is complex and appears crossing all fields of learning. It is important to choose a correct orientation. School is a significant element. The student experiences the most considerable life practice that will help him in every moment of his life. Active communication, teacher-student relationship, student-student relationship makes the courage of correct and motivated interaction. The interest in knowledge appears. The student is involved in different activites, both in school and in other volunteer activities. The leadership role is attractive, not just the listening student one who make various tasks. A valuable help is the personal development literature. Knowledge determines his point of view, it orientates his thinking. He’s interested in his personal life, in the people around him. The teacher should become student’s guide in his development. Objective assessment, useful recommendations will stimulate interest in change. He will train students in various activities so they will give up the passive role. In order to achieve a high level of development, the student will go through various development stages. Is’s needed courage and patience because the success needs time.
