Strategii de înlăturare a Bullying-ului şcolar în scopul prevenirii traumelor psihologice la adolescenţi

Abstract

The theme "Strategies for removing school bullying in order to prevent psychological trauma in adolescents", involves the characterization of the specificity of the Bullying phenomenon and the elaboration of the model of didactic strategy relevant to an educational process focused on the elimination of school bullying in order to prevent psychological trauma in adolescents. The scientific novelty and originality of the theme consists in highlighting the positive aspects of the strategies, modern, interactive, active-participatory methods, included in the strategic program of prevention and intervention, following the application of which is aimed at teaching children to manage negative feelings and experiences, to cope with aggression and bullying. In the article is proposed a model of didactic strategy focused on the elimination of school bullying in order to prevent psychological trauma in adolescents, the search for ways to streamline the effective management of school bullying, the argumentation of the need for active involvement of children as agents of prevention, identification and approach to bullying in school, in order to form knowledge oriented to skills based on action and competences centered on change.
