dc.description.abstract This paper aims to be simultaneously a theoretical approach to education through library therapy, as an interdisciplinary and therapeutic activity that uses psychology and librarianship through guided reading with participants, because language is one of the most important human values, an essential and defining feature for individual existence and for the evolution of society. Reading can transform and change for the better your life and the lives of others, and the reader forms his own ideas, finds personal solutions to the problems encountered and can be inspired to make an act of creation. The use of reading and writing helps to treat certain life problems or mental disorders and sends us to the term of library therapy. This is not a branch of psychology, but a set of directions that includes and involves reading and writing in treating these disorders. en_US
