Abstract:
The article emphasizes a current problem for contemporary society and for education system. Stimulating and motivation organizing is an important feature in training of experts in education. The students’ motivation for a successful teaching career is based on a variety of factors: pragmatic, social, intrinsic, subjective, etc. It’s important for students to develop and keep the professional skills requested by a teaching career, they should receive a qualitative initial and continuos training, guidance and mentoring, involvement in professional communities.
