Abstract:
The article contains a theoretical study on the approach of the epistemological and applied perspectives of the initial training of teachers. The basic aspects of the conceptual, technological framework and the personality model of the university teacher in postmodernity and their importance in the initial training of the pedagogue are analyzed. At the same time, the article reflects the essence and specificity of the concepts: the condition of scientificity, paradigm, theory and model in the context of their conversion in the university education process.
