Abstract:
Continuing education becomes a permanent need of teachers regardless of the professional field and the level of training of each, because it is the path from the teacher who improvises and tries various models of teaching, to the teacher who knows and can argue his professional decisions to achieve high-performing and recognized results in education. Therefore, the initial training cannot be considered as a completed stage in the professional training of teachers, but as a stage to be continued in the immediate future in the medium or long term. From this perspective, any activity within the educational paradigm correlates the initial, current training with the future, permanent and continuous development. The study shows these approaches and socio-psycho-pedagogical conditions for optimizing the professionalization path of teachers in the process of continuous training.
