Abstract

The present article proposes an updated vision of the reading workshop, involving both theoretical and practical suggestions, which aim is to find ways to stimulate interest in reading, forms and ways of reading literary and non-literary texts in class and outside the educational framework, reading techniques and games that can be applied to workshop lessons, suggestions for organizing extracurricular activities in order to promote the book and reading in the classroom, school, community.
