dc.description.abstract |
The birth of a sick child (psycologic or somatic) in family is the most difficult period and it generates a big disappointment and a multitude of complementary problems. There are changes in the parent’s relationship, and the marriage is on the limit of destruction, specifically if this relationship was vulnerable before the birth of the sick child, this birth can have a consolidation effect on the parent’s relationship, but often this is not the case.
The parents who try to educate a sick child need higher amount of physical health, spiritual equilibrium, and optimism. If the family would be more opened to society and wouldn’t hide the sick child, the relationships with everybody around them would be more divarced, and through communication can adapt, socialize, and integrate the child in to society. |
