Abstract:
Taking into account the accelerated development of the modern information society, it becomes relevant the formation of the communicative qualities of the person, imperative necessary to establish mutual understanding between all participants in communication. The communicative process is also influenced by the emotional side of communication. The development of emotional hearing involves the process of continuous change of the accumulation of all emotional properties - it is considered an important component in the structure of personal development, self-actualization, self-improvement of personality, is an important premise for cognitive development.
