dc.description	Acest articol prezintă competențele și abilitățile manageriale ale cadrelor didactice din învățământul primar. Pentru a fi un manager de succes, cadrul didactic trebuie să dispună atât de cunoștințe teoretice, cât și de ambiție, perseverență, tenacitate. A colabora constructiv cu elevii și părinții acestora este o artă, un talent dezvoltat prin experiență. Un manager-învățător la clasele primare trebuie să planifice acțiunile, apoi să realizeze obiectivele stabilite. Succesul este asigurat de implicarea activă în viața elevilor și a școlii. Managerul-învățător reprezintă veriga de legătură dintre instituția de învățământ și societate.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	This article treats the managerial skills and abilities of the teachers in primary education. To be a successful manager the teacher must have both theoretical knowledge and ambition, perseverance, tenacity. To work constructively with pupils and their parents is an art, a talent developed through experience. A teacher-manager in the primary classes must plan the actions, then achieve the goals set. The success is assured by the active involvement in children and school‟s life. The teacher-manager represents the link between the educational institution and the society.	en_US
