Abstract:
The present article focuses on revealing the specific features of several foreign people(s) (Russians, Armenians and a few more) as they appear in the book of memorialistic prose written by Ion Druță and entitled The Crossroads Little House. So we tried to select from the writer‘s volume those examples of images of the foreigner that are really very pertinent and defining for the specificity of one or another of the targeted people, and we consider the characterized characters to be representative as they illustrate quite well certain ethnic constants that were revealed in each case.
