Abstract:
The professional evolution and the stages of the personal evolution, the social and personal factors in the professional ascension, the results obtained in the field of the managerial and didactic-scientific activity of the Univ. Dr. M. Cioclea are placed in the order of value. The motto promoted in life was professionalism, good communication with people, creativity and a healthy spirit of humor. As an example to Baron Munchausen with his famous reply that „the worst things are done with a serious mutter”. Birthplace, parents, childhood friends, family all these first values are perceived as formative.
