Abstract:
Based on the analysis of historical experience, the author substantiates the need to develop and introduce new models of education, one of which can be a Christian school as an educational institution of an innovative type. It has been suggested that the conceptual foundations of the Christian school should be voluntary education, true and sincere human centrism, high moral views, spiritual qualities of teachers as individuals, favorable psychological microclimate, Christian values. The praxeological directions of the idea of building a Christian school are outlined; the organization of a network of school-kindergartens on the principles of Christian morality; theoretical and methodological training of teachers-Christians or teachers adopting Christian values testing the new content of innovative technologies in teaching “Christian Ethnics” as an innovative school subject.
