dc.description.abstract Nowadays employability is conceived as an important element in the evaluation and classification of higher education institutions. This article is addressed as an institutional and individual employment. Institutional employability is determined by the employment rate of graduates. The development of employability is systematically monitored and is explicitly included and integrated into study programmes. Individual employability represents personal skills for integration into the labor market. Individual employability can be assessed by developing 'hard' and 'soft' skills. en_US
