dc.description.abstract Motivation is the basis of behaviors and activities that individuals perform within the group depending on the specifics of the requests that come from one category or another of functional relationships, relationships between the subject and the tasks of the activity. In the case of working relationships, the issue of motivation is related to the meaning and reason attributed by the individual to his professional role. Depending on the way in which the social valorization of work is achieved and the social context, the motivation of the worker is also achieved. en_US
