dc.description.abstract The article highlights some conceptual and methodological aspects of conflict resolution strategies in the school environment. Depending on the type of personality, we can deduce their characteristics in the approach to communication and conflict resolution. Conflict resolution education, which takes place worldwide, presents a series of principles, which are currently being implemented in the educational systems of the Republic of Moldova and Romania. In the literature, there are empirical investigations related to negotiation, mediation, arbitrariness, but we propose the use of persuasive communication as a strategy for resolving conflicts, a level that offers significant promises that schools can fulfill their mission to contribute to the development of harmonious personalities of students. en_US
