| dc.description.abstract | This article addresses the concept of psychophysical health and education for psychophysical health, which aims to fully prepare the young generation for the growth and development of a qualitative, independent life. The educational ideal has as a solid foundation the health of the educable and by correspondence the health of the whole society. To achieve those specific behaviors, the teacher applies the most adequate methods to meet its purpose. His mastery allows him to associate the most appropriate methods with various activities in order to achieve efficient results. | en_US |
