dc.description.abstract The speech system includes all forms of language, specific to human communication. By systemic non-development of speech, is meant such a disorder in speech development, which is characterized simultaneously by the absence or insufficient formation of the entire speech system: oral, non-verbal, paraverbal, written. Systemic speech non-development is characteristic of children with severe mental impairment, whose speech development is manifested by the inability to operate with oral and non-verbal language, especially by inability to operate with linguistic means of communication (phonetic, lexical and grammatical), expressed by obvious mental disorders, perception, transmission, reception, decoding, interpreting speech messages. en_US
