Abstract:
Clavdia Stepachina was the teacher and the manager who helped to increase the efficiency of the training of students, teachers and managers from different institutions in the USSR. From 1968 until his retirement he worked at the „Ion Creangă” State Pedagogical University in Chisinau, performing various functions: university lecturer, head of department, interim dean. He undertook a large scientific and extra-curricular activity.
