Abstract:
The path of life and vocational training followed by Ludmila Papuc crosses two eras with opposite ideas. One of Soviet totalitarianism and the other of transitional capitalism in the Republic of Moldova. It is not easy to make progress in such social-historical conditions, especially if you were educated in a value system, but you live in another axiological universe. But Mrs. Papuc, through all the learning activities in different contexts carried out throughout her life and through self-training, managed to develop competences from a multiple perspective: personal, civic, social and to impose a model of Bessarabian woman of European type with a fulfilled destiny, who went through the laborious process of building a democratic and free personality in the university field
