dc.description.abstract Ion Negrei had and continues to have a fruitful activity on the scientific realm, held at the Institute of History of the ASM. During his career, the distinguished professor worked as a teaching staff in scientific education - laboratory, scientific researcher - editor, deputy prime minister for social issues in the government of the Republic of Moldova (2009-2011). He was and will remain one of the people with the weight at the „Ion Creangă" University of History and Geography of Chisinau. He is a very good teacher, a nationally and internationally recognized researcher, is the author of important scientific papers: monographs, articles, studies, document collections, school textbooks, other teaching materials. Through his constant work he has contributed to the development of historical science and the improvement of history teaching in university and pre-university education. It has also contributed to the training and training of history teachers in the Republic of Moldova. en_US
