Abstract:
Professor Ion Dulschi activated at the State Pedagogical University " I. Creangă ” between 1988 and 1998, being a graduate of the Faculty of History and Pedagogy, the promotion of 1987. As a scientific-didactic framework, he graduated from the Doctorate of the Pedagogical University of Moscow in 1990–1993. The doctoral studies were completed by the support, in December 1993, of the doctoral thesis in history with the theme "The agrarian problem and the political struggle in Moldova in 1917-1918".
