Abstract:
The study includes the steps of the personal and professional evolution of the associate professor, PhD, Valentin Cusca, the social and personal factors in his professional ascension, the results obtained in the field of managerial and didactic-scientific activity. The first start, of course, takes place from birth, family, parents, childhood friends, the first social values perceived as formative. The motto promoted in life - honesty, professionalism, creativity and good communication with people, a healthy spirit of humor, being sure that the worst things are done with a sharp and serious face. The principle: to have the courage and perseverance to start life again. In the sense of a beginning, life is not a straight continuity by the mere accumulation of facts and events.
