Silvia Chicu-Dimitriu: analiză retrospectivă a educaţiei comuniste

Abstract

Mrs. Silvia Chicu is a notorious name in the historiography of the Republic of Moldova. Between September 1987 and June 1992 he studied at the Faculty of History and Pedagogy of the State Pedagogical Institute "Ion Creangă" in Chis-inau. In 1993–1996 he did doctoral studies in the UPS "Ion Creangă". He de-fended the doctoral thesis in history with the theme: “The political life of the coun-try of Moldova in the second half of the century. XVI". Since 2007 she has been a lecturer at the Department of History of Romanians. From 2011, she is head of the Scientific Research Section of the UPS "Ion Creangă". Being a specialist in the medieval and early modern history of Romanians, she is the author of scientific and scientific-didactic works: monographs, scientific articles, guides, etc. The sci-entific-didactic activity is focused on issues of medieval and early modern history of Romanians, the history of private and daily life of Romanians, the history of Romanian medieval law.
