Abstract:
Professor Ion Buga is the author of two monographs and over 150 scien-tific, didactic-methodical and publicist publications, articles and essays of wide resonance. Between 1983 and 1984 he was a university lecturer and dean of the Faculty of History and Pedagogy of the Pedagogical Institute, I. Creangă ” (Feb-ruary 24, 1983 - December 31, 1984). He was also noted as a politician. He con-tributed fruitfully to the elaboration and adoption by the Parliament of the Repub-lic of Moldova of a set of democratic laws and historical acts related to the national disobedience of the Bessarabian Romanians. It was pronounced open and firm for the defense of the course of national history - Romanian History, remaining an example of a fighter for the national cause.
