Abstract:
The theme of "academic freedom" comes back when we talk about a crisis in education. In this article, we want to show that the debate on academic freedom involves redefining the academic environment. Moreover, academic freedom means that teachers have the power to define themselves, but also their responsibility to know how to redefine the challenges faced by education. The emergence of academic freedom, the ability of each member of the institution to fearlessly expose his own opinions and ideas, to participate directly in influencing decisions, is the only way to re-establish education.
