Abstract:
Communication has a decisive role in the realization of quality education. In thepedagogical activity, communication is both an art and a necessary professional tool and indispensable to the teacher for establishing constructive relations with pupils, parents, the teaching staff. A particular form of communication, with application in education, is the didactic communication, realized through a bilateral relationship between teacher and pupil. Thus, the efficiency of the educational process directly correlates with the teacher`s competence of communication that refers to his skill to develop educational messages according to the educational context.
