Abstract:
Personal branding is a new concept in the literature that coincides with our service at work and the way we perceive others. Specialty literature shows us that the personal brand is the sum of qualities and characteristics for which a person is known in the field in which it operates, is the reputation and the way it is perceived. He starts from the self-image and continues with the way he is seen by others, what image he wants to create, what he will focus on in his continuing training.
