Abstract:
From the analysis of specialized literature and from empirical observations, wefound frequent confusions about the following concepts: aggression, violence, problem, tension, crisisand conflict. In Anglo-Saxon literature there are even more concepts that only augment the confusion: aggression, aggressivity, aggressiveness, mobbing, bullying, violence etc. Starting from the previously described confusions, we are considering necessary the approach of conceptual delimitations. The conflict notion refers to both conflict with negative effects (the destructive conflict) and the positive conflict (constructive conflict), with developmental effects on the student personality. Both in personal and professional development, conflicts are inevitable, can cause great harm, but if properly solved, can foster dynamism and progress.
