Abstract:
In this article we intended to research the problem of digital competence of teachers, as a necessity for success in the process of teaching-learning-evaluation the romanian language and literature object at the primar level. In order to ensure the quality of linguistic and literary-artistic training of pupils at the primar level, it is necessary for all teachers to have formed the digital competence at an advanced level, to know a wider package of programs and opportunities offered by modern technologies in teaching-learning-evaluation of romanian language and literature object. The modernization of educational process at the primar lecel can't be perceived without digital competence of teachers, which is a necessity for success.
