dc.description.abstract	The issue of completing and operating libraries has been and is constantly in the hands of specialists. This also applies to the libraries within the pedagogical universities, which are concerned with the training of teachers for the education system in the Republic of Moldova. One of the central issues in this area is to create and ensure the functionality of digital libraries, which are very practical and forcefully required by students. In this respect, we organized a sociological survey among the students in order to find out the problems of the completion and functioning of such libraries within the "Ion Creangă" State Pedagogical University of Chisinau.	en_US
