Abstract:
Preadolescent and adolescent age implies amplifying the personality structure and emphasizing the differential aspects of its manifestations.These should be taken into account in achieving differentiated and individualized treatment of student education and in stimulating their harmonious psychosocial development.The given development period is optimal for the development of assertive communication skills and the development of assertive behavior in relation to other people.In this paper we propose a program to develop the assertive communication skills and the development of conflict resolution skills.These practical activities to develop assertiveness in gymnasium and lyceum students can be administered at the hours of guidance.
