Abstract:
The world wars for domination, the distribution of the world and its economic influence zone were always followed by the massive migration of the population. In different ages, the conquering states started persecuting the conquered states by transforming them into colonies, exploiting its natural resources and cheap work force. The rebellious population of the conquered states were killed with no mercy. The interwar and postwar period, marked by military operations and massive migrations, had a giant impact on humanity. As a result, the economic industry was left with no workers. A feminization policy was needed to attract industrial work force and foreign workers. In the postwar period, a international legal temporary migration legislation was initialized.
