An important aspect of a person's general preparation is the formation of the work culture as a necessary condition for personal self-realization. In this article, various work culture concepts, brought by pedagogy scientists and renowned philosophers, are analyzed. The research scientists from the Republic of Moldova address the issue of training and work culture, which is indissolubly linked to the formation of mental actions involved in labor and to the general capacity of organizing conscious and independent work. |
