Abstract:
The hypothesis states that there are certain personality factors that negatively influence the driver's ability to manage stress in difficult road traffic and increase the risk of inadequacy in these situations was confirmed in an experiment on 70 international racing drivers. The results obtained from experimental data processing concluded that indeed there are personality factors exercising influence on driving behavior in stressful situations and these are lack of self-control, neuroticism, emotional instability and anxiety.
