In this article we have the goal to emphasize the phonetic particularities of the Romanian language in relation to the Turkish language, thus facilitating the learning process of the Romanian language by the Turkish students. At a simple confrontation one can notice that the Romanian phonetic system presents differences from the phonetic sounds of the Turkish language. We will specify the basic rules of pronunciation of the vowel sounds, consonants, diphthongs and triphthongs of the Romanian language for the formation of the phonological capacity in the Turkish students. We note that the formation of the phonological capacity is achieved at the incipient stage of the study of a language, and the success depends on the skills and professional competence of the teacher. |
