Abstract:
This article analyzed the main factors behind the low competitiveness of young people on the labor market in the current educational system. Among them: lack of motivation, system failures formative - vocational, job instability on the first of these persons, the pressure of psychological factors and financial restrictions imposed by place of residence and the influence of the environment. These factors can be remedied through legislation on the formation of competitive qualities of individuals in educational institutions and the development of inter-related "university partnership - employer".
