Abstract:
After Stalin's death, the new Soviet leader N. S. Khrushchev in its policy of liberalization, internally, allowed non-Russian peoples of the peripheries of empire,, return to roots', encouraging cultural heritage obviously to a certain limit and observing the precepts of Marxist-Leninist theory. Relative liberalization of political life, inaugurated by Soviet leader proved both, internally and externally, to counter productive Soviet communist regime because endanger the stability and unity of the Soviet Union. The course,, autonomous "promoted by the leadership PCR and the beginning distancing Romania by the Soviet Union were the main causes of disputes Soviet-Romanian outbreak in historiographical issues.
